Pediatric Associates of Dallas
Dallas’ most prestigious pediatric practice moved from a 40-year-old space into North Dallas’ popular mixed-use development, Preston Hollow Village. Five years later, we sold their Plano location and helped them lease 8,000 square feet of brand-new space. We handled all the details—twice—from ensuring plentiful patient parking to hitting the opening date.
