Hal Penchan is a partner at ALT+CO and specializes in transactions his clients consider high stakes and priority.  During his career at ALT+CO, Hal has handled a wide range of deals ranging from representing tenants and landlords in office and industrial leases to finding the last piece of land to purchase in tight geographic regions.

In doing so, Hal has handled meaningful negotiations on behalf of his clientele and has executed important transactions for both owners and users alike, his experience split evenly between the two.  Hal has completed assignments on both coasts and throughout Texas and is always ready to execute new assignments.

Prior to joining the firm, Hal was an experienced technology salesman, managing a team of salespeople for multiple Fortune 500 companies. 

He is active within the St. Rita community and spends most of his time outside of the office with his wife and three kids going from event to event. Previously, Hal coached Jesuit’s ice hockey team, winning a state championship and earning a bid to the national tournament. 

Hal graduated from Texas Tech where he was a chemistry major and captained a Big XII championship club hockey team.
