Mike Dement is a partner at Altschuler and Company. Mike plays a multi-functional position within the firm – his primary focus is on tenant representation and leasing services however he also leads ALT+CO’s project management services. In his time at the firm, Mike has completed over 2M square feet of transactions and has been recognized as a D CEO Powerbroker from 2013 to 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked at CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company as a project manager and site selection manager. This unique and diversified background allows Mike to offer a broad skill set and high level of customer service to the firm’s clients.

Mike is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he was a four-year letterman on the basketball team.
