Sam Meginnis is a partner at Altschuler and Company. As part of the firm’s multifunctional transaction team, Sam is responsible for providing flawless customer service to the firm’s clients. He spends a majority of his focus on leasing and tenant rep services.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Sam has been named a D Magazine Power Broker several times and has provided leasing services for a portfolio of over three million square feet, including two of Dallas’ iconic downtown skyscrapers and multiple Class AA developments located in Deep Ellum and Preston Center. He has successfully completed over 900,000 SF of leases with companies including Santander Consumer USA, Merrill Lynch, Gray Reed & McGraw, TRG, Worldwide Express and Morgan Stanley.

Sam graduated with an economics degree from the University of Nebraska where he was a walk-on football player for four seasons.
