Sam Welles is a senior associate at Altschuler and Company. Sam focuses on building new relationships with tenants and ownership groups, ranging from the entrepreneurial individual to the institutional investor. He strives to provide exceptional leasing and tenant representation services for office and industrial properties. 

Sam started his career in the landlord services division at ESRP and then moved to Vista Holdings where he gained sales, leasing, and management experience. 

Sam is a proud graduate of Southern Methodist University and a member of NTCAR. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, always looking for any reason to be outdoors (land or water).
