Vincent Notzon is an Associate at Altschuler and Company. In this role, his primary responsibility is to provide unparalleled customer service and deal execution within the firm’s office and industrial divisions.  His commitment ensures the delivery of exceptional leasing and tenant representation services to all his clients. 

Since joining the firm, Vincent has demonstrated proficiency by overseeing leasing services for multiple Class A developments spanning the DFW area. His track record includes facilitating successful tenant occupancy rates of 100% for numerous projects. Moreover, Vincent has lent his expertise to a diverse spectrum of tenants, ranging from start-ups to national entities, guiding them with insightful advisory services.  

Vincent is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he was a member of the football team and Delta Kappa Epsilon. During his time at Wake Forest, he received a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in Spanish.
