Xochitl Reyes is a senior associate with Altschuler and Company where she represents a variety of tenants and landlords with their sale and leasing needs across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Prior to Alt+Co, Xochitl worked in brokerage services at Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield where she focused on tenant representation transactions for local, regional, national and international companies. Her commercial real estate career began in 2014 at Henry S. Miller where she executed marketing strategies for office, industrial, multi-family, and retail properties.

Xochitl graduated from Michigan State University and is involved with community organizations including The Real Estate Council, Associate Leadership Council Class of 2024, STREAM Foundation, The Concilio, The Human Impact, and Daughters of the American Revolution.
